All data stored on servers in Sweden
Sensivo's data centers are located in Stockholm and match your high demands on reliability and availability. By using Swedish servers Sensivo prevent potential conflicts with the CLOUD Act (H.R. 4943).
Ensuring the data subjects' rights

Data encryption
All data sent to or from Sensivo is encrypted in transit using 256-bit encryption. Once personal information is entered into the system it instantly becomes encrypted.

Sensivo reduces human errors by implementing best practices, such as two-factor authentication, enforcing password complexity standards and role-based access control.
Backups
All systems are backed up every 24 hours. Data is retained throughout the customer contract and deleted when the contract is terminated, or upon request by the customer.
